Booking and Training Dates
• All courses must be booked through our Shopify website with full payment at the time of enrolment
• Once your booking is confirmed, we will personally contact you as soon as possible to allocate your training date, based on availability
• Training dates are scheduled in advance to allow proper arrangements for trainers, models, and learning material
Training Schedule
• Training sessions are conducted Monday to Thursday only
• Weekend classes are not available
• Dates are subject to availability
• For students travelling from outside Auckland, extended hours or adjusted schedules may be considered on a case by case basis
• Training available in Auckland and Hamilton
Group and Onsite Training
• We can travel to your salon or spa for group training
• Group pricing and customised packages available

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 10 days or more before the confirmed training date will incur a 20 percent administration and preparation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the confirmed training date are not eligible for any refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the training date are not eligible for any refund
• No shows are not eligible for any refund
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
