Training Terms & Conditions

You must read and understand the information below before making a booking.

  1. Please note all prices are GST exclusive
  2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or full payment) MUST be paid when booking to guarantee your place in the workshop.
  3. Your training date will not be held until we receive that deposit. Dates book up fast so please do this as soon as possible
  4. Full payment of fees MUST be paid 48hours before the commencement date of this workshop also. If it has not been paid 48hours before the course, we will reschedule or cancel your course. Please advise us when you have the payment
  5. 48 Hours’ notice Must be given to cancel or change any workshop.
  6. Please note: without prior notice of cancellation a re-booking fee will incur of 25%.
  7. Payment for workshop training is non-refundable.
Credit Application Terms & Conditions
  1.   All prices include GST (15.0%) and exclude freight and are subject to change without prior notice. All goods remain the property of Bindu’s  Beauty Academy & Supplies Ltd until full payment is received.
  2. The Company does not supply Goods on “sale or return” and all sales are deemed final. Where at the discretion of the Company, the Company has agreed to accept Goods for return 
  3. the Goods must be returned unused and/or demonstrated, in their original packaging, and in good re-saleable condition with seven (7) days of purchase, or, in the case of scissors, immediately within the day of receipt: and
  4.  the cost of freight and any other handling fees Must be borne by You; and
  5.  You agree that a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be charged where the Company deems it appropriate to cover administrative and handling costs. Where you have ordered Goods from the Company, and Your order has been accepted, no cancellation or alterations may be made to the order without the express written consent of the Company. The Company retains the right to charge reasonable costs incurred where the company accepts a cancellation. The Company retains the right to accept or decline any order for Goods in whole or part, and/or to sub-contract the supply of Goods, and nothing in this Agreement shall be negated for failure to deliver the full content of any order. Any claims for damaged or defective Goods must be made within 36 hours of delivery of the Goods to You, and the Goods must be held until the Company advises in writing that the Goods may be destroyed. Failure to retain defective or damaged Goods until notified in writing they may be destroyed may result in Your claim being rejected. The Company retains the right to determine whether it replaces or provides a credit to Your account for any Goods found to be damaged or defective
  6. Pictures and links to external websites are for illustrative / reference purposes only. In rare occasions of unavailability, some components may be replaced by different brands/models of the same or higher specifications.

  9. Any dates quoted for the delivery of the products are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract.
  10. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Bindu Beauty Academy & Supplies Ltd will not be liable for errors or inaccuracies in the information contained herein. Errors and omissions in pricing, descriptions, and availability excepted.
  11. We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order in pending or processing status. The sale transaction is not formed until the goods are dispatched
